Maintenance Contracts are generally conceived at via the contractural route.  Our Special Projects Group CS GROUP™ Special Projects would normally be in consultation with consulting engineers, surveyors and approved inspectors at an early stage of new build projects and would naturally arrange an ongoing maintenance contract on project completion.

IMPORTANT CHANGES

As a result of new legislation phasing out some coolants (As from 31st December 2009, the sale and use of virgin R22 will be prohibited by legislation. This popular refrigerant is in use in more that 700,000 air conditioning systems in the UK) on environmental grounds.

INNOVATE AND ADAPT

There will be a need over the next few years for companies to innovate and adapt.  From 2009 - 2014 most companies will have to review their air conditioning systems.   Whilst in many cases it may be possible just to replace the refrigerants, this is also a good time to review the whole air conditioning system.

It could prove more cost effective to replace an older system completely or provide modifications involving the new technologies of Heat Recovery Ventilation and Cool Stream Ventilation.  what's the incentive? Flexability: We are vastly experienced in working in shop fitting environments.  We will arrange planned maintenance not to disrupt the day to day business of the client.  During upgrading and replacements we will project manage any major work to cause the least disruption possible.

To achieve this, our staff are trained to be multi-skilled.  All our trade vans are fitted very specifically to enable our staff to deal with any practical obstacles that may arise.  All our vans are racked out with a comprehensive kit of power tools, core drills, hand tools and a wide range of materials and components selected to cover the majority of maintenance tasks.

We work very closely with air conditioning equipment manufacturers are conversant with the latest air conditioning equipment specifications and the requirements demanded by Local Authority Regulations.

All sites can have either single or three-phase electricity and natural or liquid petrolium gas supplies.  During feasability and design, our proposals aim to offer optimum utilisation of the available services, giving consideration to performance, space planning, life-cycle and prime costs.

For most of our repeat business clients we deal with this.  The process can be daunting for clients not versed in the process, especially when dealing with landlord's agents.
